Overview
The draft amendment proposes to rezone 263, 271 & 295 Main Road, Austins Ferry to a General Residential Zone and apply a 263,271 and 295 Main Road, Austins Ferry Specific Area Plan (SAP) to the land.
The permit provides for:
- demolition of a dwelling and construction of 42 multiple dwellings at 271 Main Rd, Austins Ferry (folio of the Register 19088/3); and
- upgrades to the emergency storage at Hestercombe Road Sewage Pumping Station, 400 Main Road, Granton (folios of the Register 122249/2002, 238952/1, and adjacent road reserve).
