Overview
The draft amendment proposes to:
- rezone Lot 5 Poulters Road, New Norfolk from Low Density Residential and Rural Living to General Residential;
- rezone a portion of Lot 6 Poulters Road, New Norfolk from Low Density Residential and Rural Living to General Residential; and
- insert a new Specific Area Plan, being F1.0 The Mills Residential Estate Specific Area Plan.
