Overview
The draft amendment proposes to:
- remove folio of the Register 249880/1 from the Devonport Reserved Residential Land Specific Area Plan;
- apply the Open Space Zone to part of folios of the Register 249880/1 and 198366/1;
- realign the Community Purpose and General Residential zones; and
- remove the Priority Vegetation Area (in whole or part) from folios of the Register 15534/23, 104380/1, 69003/1, 69003/2, and 198366/1.
The draft permit provides for a 7 lot subdivision.
