The draft amendment proposes to amend:
- D10.2 Use Table under the General Residential zone;
- D11.2 Use Table under the Inner Residential zone; and
- D12.2 Use Table under the Low Density Residential zone.
by inserting a qualification under the definition for ‘Visitor accommodation’, as follows:
Except if the use is wholly for Visitor Accommodation within:
(a) A Single Dwelling; or
(b) A Dwelling
and the single dwelling or dwelling, is not an ancillary dwelling.
