On 3 May 2005 the Minister for Primary Industries and Water, the Hon S Kons, MHA, directed the Commission to review the representations and the report of the Secretary, Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment with reference to the Draft Plan.
As required under section 27(6) of the Water Management Act 1999, the Commission gave public notice in the Advocate, Examiner and Mercury newspapers on 14 May 2005 that copies of representations received and the Secretary's report were available for public inspection at the Devonport City Council chambers, the Commission’s Hobart office and the Commission's website.
