If an approval is required from the Minister for the Environment and Heritage then the Australian Government Department of the Environment will consider the report by the Commission and give its report to the Minister for the Environment and Heritage. The Minister for the Environment and Heritage will consider the report of the Department of the Environment and decide whether or not to grant an approval.
