Lauderdale Quay Proposal - Assessment process

 
Stage 1 – Order and Direction

On 11 July 2006, the Governor made the State Policies and Projects (Project of State Significance) Order 2006, which declares the proposal by Walker Corporation to be a project of State significance.

The Premier, the Hon. Paul Lennon, has directed [pdf 71.3 kb] the Commission to undertake an integrated assessment of the proposal by Walker Corporation for a residential and marina development in southern Tasmania.
