On 16 May 2005 the Wellington Park Management Trust provided the Commission with copies of representations and the report of the Trust with reference to the Draft Plan.
As required under section 24B of the Wellington Park Act 1993, the Commission gave public notice in the Advocate, Examiner and Mercury newspapers on 28 May 2005 that copies of representations received and the Trust’s report were available for public inspection for twenty-one (21) days at the Commission’s Hobart office and the Commission's website.
Having reviewed and considered the representations and the Trust's report the Commission determined that a hearing was not required.
